Brenda Doben

Staying active and keeping fit is an integral part of Brenda’s life. She was introduced to Pilates 4 years ago and it has forever changed her life. She had chronic pain in her neck and lower back for many years. Pilates helped her gain a strong core, improve her flexibility and strengthen her back body, which significantly reduced her pain. Brenda believes that building a strong foundation and learning how to stabilize from the inside out are principles that can be applied not only in Pilates classes but also in other types of workouts, as well as daily life. Brenda became a Power Pilates Comprehensive Certified Instructor in 2022, as she wanted to help others transform their lives in a positive way by sharing the benefits of Pilates. Her appreciation for Pilates grows daily by showing her client’s new ways to work deeper and connect more to their bodies while helping them work toward their goals. Brenda is also certified in TRX Suspension Training.
Outside of the studio, you can find Brenda creating recipes and teaching Whole Food Plant Based cooking classes. Brenda believes in the holistic approach to one’s care and loves to share her knowledge with her clients, helping them experience living a balanced life through diet and exercise.
